I was a Washington Health Policy Fellow from 2006-2007 during my 5th year of residency at Washington University in St Louis. I worked on several projects during my fellowship. These projects involved unique areas of interest for me and included the topics of: Gainsharing in Orthopaedics and The Use of Nanotechnology in Orthopedics Implants.
I currently serve as the sectional editor for the AAOS Now articles titled "Ahead of the Curve". Each month the Washington Health Policy Fellows combine to write an article covering current healthcare issues affecting the practice of Orthopaedics. These informative articles serve as a primer for the practicing orthopaedic physician and cover topics such as: see the links below for previous "Ahead of the curve" articles written by the Washington Health Policy Fellows.
