By Taxi:

• There are two taxi options:
• Rosemont Cab - The Academy has an account with Rosemont Taxi Service for transportation from the Airport or hotels Call 1-847-827-0110 for Rosemont Taxi. After you tell them what terminal you are in, they will tell you the number of the door where the cab will meet you.
• City of Chicago Cab - Follow the signs in the terminal to get a city cab. When you get in, tell the driver you need to go to Rosemont – the driver will get a notice from the cab director allowing him to come back towards the front of the cab line at the airport. If you take a city cab, you need to be sure that the driver knows where he/she is going (see below) and also give an extra large tip – as the taxi driver has often waited in line for several hours to take customers to the City and the short trip to AAOS is not what he/she would prefer to do.
• Be sure the driver knows to take the River Road North exit from I-190, the expressway out of the airport. The Academy is located at 6300 N. River Road, past the Westin O’Hare and Marriott Suites. After you cross Higgins Road, the Academy is the second building on the left – past a newer Greenish Building and just before the Hyatt Rosemont. AAOS is the 50-ish, brown building, set back from River Road with a fountain in the front.
• After entering the building, the guard at the front desk on the first floor will direct you to sign in on the 4^th floor.

By Shuttle:

• The Hyatt Rosemont (located next door to the Academy building) provides complimentary shuttle service to and from the airport. The shuttle leaves from Door #1 in the Bus/Shuttle Center area (across from the Hilton O’Hare). The Bus/Shuttle Center is about a 3-6 minute walk from the Baggage Claim areas. You get here by taking the underground tunnels to the short term parking structure that’s between all 3 US terminals. Follow the overhead signs in the Baggage Claim area to the nearest underground Pedestrian Walkway. Proceed to Elevator Centers 3 or 4 and press the Bus/Shuttle Center button. It is on the first (ground) floor.
• The Hyatt Shuttle is the blue one. It runs every 20 minutes until 12:00 am.
• After entering the AAOS building, the guard at the front desk on the first floor will direct you to sign in on the 4^th floor.
