Registration

• Member registration opens: 3 October 2012
• Non-Member Registration opens: 10 October 2012
• Registration closes: 5 February 2013
• Cancellation Deadline: 8 February 2013

Housing

• Housing is now open for members
• Housing opens for non-members on 10 October 2012
• Housing Closes: 19 February 2013

Important Deadlines:

• Group room deposits and group registration fees are due at the time of booking.
• Group room deposits become non-refundable after November 19, 2012.
• Final Payment for your “Total Room Block” and for all the non member registrations is due on or before December 21, 2012.
• Final rooming and registration lists are due on or before January 14, 2013.
• Group registration fees become non-refundable after January 22, 2013.
