Exhibitor Effectiveness Evaluation for All Exhibitors

Wednesday - Friday, March 20-22

AAOS is providing a complimentary Exhibiting Effectiveness Evaluation of all exhibits, in action, at the 2013 Annual Meeting. During exhibit hours, an expert evaluator will visit all exhibits and rate overall effectiveness in three areas: 1) Exhibit Presentation, 2) Product/Service Presentation, and 3) Exhibit Staff. After the meeting your company will receive a personalized report by email. Your report is confidential and includes answers to the 21 evaluation questions and any comments the evaluator made. It will also assign overall area scores, spotlight areas of ineffectiveness, compare your scores to the all show average and assign an overall effectiveness score.

To better prepare your booth and your staff for this evaluation, be sure to view the replay of the webinar Improving Overall Exhibiting Effectiveness on the AAOS Exhibits web page. This webinar discusses the Exhibiting Effectiveness Evaluation service and the 21 points of evaluation, and gives numerous practical suggestions on how to improve your exhibit. Also on the AAOS Exhibits web page, check out the 21 Ways to Improve Your Exhibit Effectiveness.
