Registration Changes or Cancellations
Corrections to your registration can be made until January 23, 2008. After this date, all course ticket exchanges will take place on-site and will be charged the on-site course fee.
To cancel your entire registration, selected courses, or special events, a written request for a refund must be received in the Academy office by February 6, 2008. No refunds will be issued after this date.
All refund requests are to be received in the Academy office by the dates above. You may submit your request via email to amcancels@aaos.org, by fax at (847) 823-8031 or by mail, AAOS, 6300 North River Road, Rosemont, IL 60018-4262.
