Group Registration and Housing Guidelines

2010 AAOS Annual Meeting

Below are the two options available for group registration and housing for the 2010 AAOS Annual Meeting.

OPTION ONE

International groups may obtain hotel reservations and registrations by contacting International Groups Department.
Rates applicable to International Groups are “Inclusive Rates” and include: room rate, taxes, fees, hotel luggage handling, daily breakfast, group Help Desk and shuttle service to/from the Convention Center. Group housing is available for International Tour Groups with 10 or more sleeping rooms.

Information provided to Wyndham Jade MUST include the following for each doctor or staff person:

  • The complete name for each doctor. Given name and family name must be included.
  • Title (ie: MD, PhD, staff person)
  • Complete home or office address for each of the doctors (your company address may not be used)
  • If available, contact information such as phone, fax, and/or email address.

OPTION TWO – ONLINE REGISTRATION recommended for smaller groups

You may register your group online as individuals (these registrations will not be considered a group). Your list must include the following for each doctor or staff person:

  • The complete name for each doctor. Given name and family name must be included.
  • Title (ie: MD, PhD, staff person)
  • Complete home or office address for each of the doctors (your company address may not be used)
  • If available, contact information such as phone, fax, and/or email address

Send your list to haase@aaos.org. Once this information is received, AAOS staff will create passwords for each individual on your list. We will also provide you will directions for login and completing the registration. Hotel rooms are also available online.

Please Note

  • The above information must be provided by January 20, 2010.
  • You may cancel a registration until February 10, 2010.
  • There are no name changes or exchanges. A registration must be cancelled and a new registration completed.
  • Group invoices will not be provided. Electronic confirmations of the registration payment are emailed and a hard copy is mailed to the Ship To address.
  • Registrations done online are not considered a group.
  • Group pick-up at the meeting is not available.
