International Affiliate Membership has been established for orthopaedic surgeons who are practicing outside of the United States. We invite you to join orthopaedic colleagues from around the world in the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons. (Apply below).

The annual membership fee for International Affiliate Membership is $450. Benefits provided to International Members have a combined value of over $1,000 and include:

Requirements

International Affiliate Membership is available to all Orthopaedic Surgeons practicing outside of the United States.
Applicants must be a current member of the national orthopaedic association of the country they practice medicine in. This must be indicated on the membership application.
Membership is valid for one year and must be renewed annually. The membership year begins on April 1^st and ends on March 31^st of the next year.
Applications must be accompanied by payment of the first year annual dues. Annual dues are $450 (US). Payment must be made by credit card (MasterCard, Visa or American Express). Applications will be processed in March of 2010.
