AAOS Physician and Group Practice Web sites

AAOS connects you to your patients and the public with your own customized Web site. This free service is a member benefit!

You must be a member of the AAOS to build your own Personal Physician or Group Practice Web site.

Members of the American Society for Surgery of the Hand may also create a Personal Physician Web site.

Physicians: Add or change your Web site

Group Practices:

• Add or change your Group Practice Web site
• The administrator must be an AAOS member.
• You may assign only one AAOS member in the group as administrator of the Web site.
• The administrator must use his/her AAOS Log In to maintain the Group Web site.

Orthopaedic Animations:

Custom Domain Names:

• You can purchase a custom domain name (URL) and point it to the homepage of your Personal Physician Web site.
• You can choose your own domain name (assuming it is available) and AAOS will help you purchase it.
• Domain names that end in .com, .org, or .net typically cost $115.00 for five years.
• There is an additional $75 administrative fee to purchase the domain name and point it to your Web site.
• Domain name renewals typically cost $184.95 for five years.

Rx for Patient Education:

• Connect your patient education program with orthopaedic information you can trust
• Create customized lists of articles from Your Orthopaedic Connection for your patients to print. These will display your name, practice address, and logo.
• Link to Patient Information materials from your AAOS Web site
