The Leadership Fellows Program (LFP) offers an exciting opportunity available to all AAOS Fellows who are age 45 or younger as of Jan. 31, 2013. LFP fellows have the following opportunities:

• Involvement in educational programs to enhance leadership skills
• Learn how the AAOS is organized and functions
• Connection with a mentor (a senior Academy leader)
• Assignment to an AAOS committee upon graduation

The LFP application is now available online at www.aaos.org/lfp

This is a year-long commitment with six mandatory meetings throughout the year. Interested fellows should review the LFP schedule prior to completing the application to ensure that they would be able to attend all meetings. The deadline for applications is June 15, 2012.
