Pursuant to bylaw amendments adopted by the fellowship in 2008, the 2010 Nominating Committee will present its slate of nominees to the fellowship two months prior to the 2010 Annual Meeting. The 2010 Nominating Committee will present a slate of candidates for the following positions:
- Second Vice President
- Board Member at Large (age 45 or older – on March 11, 2010)
- Board Member at Large (under age 45 – on March 11, 2010)
- Four nominees for the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery (ABOS)
- Member, AAOS National Membership Committee
The 2010 Nominating Committee is actively soliciting suggestions for individuals who might serve in these positions. Recommendations should include a paragraph on the candidate(s) and why they are uniquely qualified for the position. Send this information to Richard F. Kyle, MD, Chair, 2010 Nominating Committee, c/o AAOS Office of General Counsel, 6300 N. River Road, Rosemont, IL 60018-4202.
