Serbousek named president of Biomet Orthopedics
Jon Serbousek has been named as the new president of Biomet Orthopedics, Inc., a division of Biomet, Inc., of Warsaw, Ind. In this role, Mr. Serbousek will lead Biomet’s efforts in the U.S. total joint reconstruction business.
During the past 8 years, Mr. Serbousek has held diverse general management roles with Medtronic in the areas of Spinal Reconstruction, International, New Technology Development and most recently, worldwide Vice-President and General Manager, Biologics. He previously spent 13 years with DePuy, holding positions of Vice President of Marketing and Product Development Joint Reconstruction, Vice President, Spinal Operations; Vice President and General Manager, Arthroscopy & Sports Medicine and a series of Product Development and Engineering Management positions.
