USBJD plans global network conference

The U.S. Bone and Joint Decade (USBJD) will host the Bone and Joint Decade Global Network Conference, Oct. 21-24, 2009, at the JW Marriott Hotel in Washington, D.C.

Stuart L. Weinstein, MD, AAOS past president, is serving as one of the conference co-chairs, along with Nancy Lane, MD, USBJD past president. Several AAOS members will have key roles at the conference, including Gunnar B.J. Andersson, MD; Bruce D. Browner, MD; James N. Weinstein, DO, MS; Joshua J. Jacobs, MD, who will be serving as president of the USBJD; Kenneth J. Koval, MD; and Kimberly J. Templeton, MD.
