JRGOS announces event schedule
The J. Robert Gladden Orthopaedic Society (JRGOS) Annual Luncheon will take place tomorrow at the Flamingo Hotel, Scenic Room, at 12:30 p.m. Cato T. Laurencin, MD, PhD, will be the keynote speaker. The luncheon is open to members and nonmembers, but reservations are required.
The luncheon will be followed by a mentoring workshop for students, residents, and fellows. The workshop is an informational event for medical students and residents on how to succeed in orthopaedics. It will be held from 2:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m., in the Laughlin II room of the Flamingo Hotel.
A mentoring reception for students, residents, and fellows will be held from 6:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. tomorrow in Room 605 of the Venetian Hotel. Registration is required for this informal event, designed to promote interaction with friends and established orthopaedists involved in the practice of clinical and academic medicine.
