Visit the AAOS Job Placement Center
The AAOS has the most comprehensive job placement service available to the orthopaedic community. If you are looking for a new practice opportunity or are expanding your orthopaedic staff, the AAOS Placement Service can help.
Located in the Sails Pavilion on the upper level of the San Diego Convention Center, the Job Placement Center is open from 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. through Friday, and from 7:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. on Saturday.
Stop in and advertise your open position on the job boards, meet with potential candidates, and schedule on-site interviews. The six interview booths are available by reservation and only if you already have an appointment to meet with a potential candidate.
Both Job Seekers and Practice Opportunities booklets are updated on a daily basis and are available in the Job Placement Center every morning by 8:00 a.m. These books contain only the listings of attendees at the AAOS Annual Meeting who have checked in with the Placement Center.
Your search starts here
Your search for outstanding, qualified candidates can start at the AAOS Annual Meeting and continue throughout the entire year. The online Placement Service (www.aaos.org/placement) is available to members looking for a position and to registered users of Practice Opportunities.
For information after the Annual Meeting, contact the Placement Service at (800) 346-2267, ext. 4259, or e-mail placement@aaos.org
The AAOS Placement Service is designed as a service to the members of the Academy. Participation by professional recruitment firms or staffing agencies is not permitted.
