  • Purpose: The 2008 AAOS Advanced Imaging and Computer Assisted Surgery of the Knee and Hip Symposium, Journal of Bone and Joint Surgery (JBJS) supplement publication, and subsequent online publications will create a forum for technology integration between advanced imaging and computer assisted surgery (CAS), identify high impact technologies and applications for CAS, and identify means to facilitate development, validation, and implementation of computer assisted and advanced imaging techniques.
