- No door drops of any kind are permitted in hotels
- Only confirmed exhibitors may participate
- All contents must be approved by the AAOS
- No more than 15 total inserts accepted

Rates and Dates
- $8,000 per insert
- Orders are due by January 17, 2025.
- PDFs for AAOS approval are due by January 24, 2025
Delivery of Inserts
- Shipments are due by February 7, 2025
- The quantity required is 10,000
- No refunds for items that fail to arrive by the due date
