Ulnar wrist pain can occur in the dominate wrist on a forehand stroke. With a forehand stroke, as this junior player is loading, we see of ulnar deviation on the stroke. This poses a risk to the ulnar carpal joint, including the triangular fibrocartilage complex and extensor carpi ulnaris tendons.
