A Case Report: An Osteoblastic Osteosarcoma of the Distal Femur Treated with a Composite Humeral Graft

This video discusses the case presentation of a 5-year-old boy with a classic osteosarcoma of the distal femur. The patient underwent intra-articular en bloc resection and reconstruction using humeral allograft resurfaced with a conventional ceramic prosthesis and fixed with a humeral plate. The capsule and ligaments were sutured to the capsule and the rotator cuff.
