The AAOS Resource Center Is at Your Service

How do I download my AAOS eBooks? Can AAOS track my CME? Where do I access my online AAOS programs? What are the new AAOS apps?

You’ll find answers to these and more Academy-related questions, as well as education resources, at the AAOS Resource Center. From valuable member benefits, self-assessment, new publications, subscriptions, and eBooks, to AAOS app support, coding needs, and interactive programs, AAOS staff is at your service to help you look, learn, browse, and enjoy a richer meeting experience.

Located front and center in Academy Hall C, the Resource Center is open from 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Tuesday–Friday and 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. on Saturday. The long hours give you the flexibility to stop in at your convenience to try out new resources that evolve your clinical skills, challenge your problem-solving aptitude, and keep you and your practice current all year long.

Consult, browse, and save
Scan new clinical publications, including the new OKU Sports Medicine 5, the Let’s Discuss ebook series subscription with CME, self-assessment exams, and the new Atlas of Amputations and Limb Deficiencies 4th Edition. Sample the Orthopaedic Video Theater via the new AAOS Access app, experience multimedia learning, and explore the programs and initiatives the Academy offers as part of your membership.

Academy staff are available to direct you to solutions that meet your needs, guide you through the meeting’s mobile app, demonstrate downloadable eBooks, and help you explore the Academy’s newest education lineup. Save 10 percent on your order of $300 or more placed on site during the meeting.

AAOS works hard on your behalf to develop initiatives and services that positively impact your practice, profession, and future. AAOS staff at the Resource Center can answer questions about member benefits, the online Career Center, AAOS Member Advantage Programs, patient education, and your AAOS periodicals, including the Journal of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons and AAOS Now.

Mobile apps and support
Stop by Mobile Tech Support in the Resource Center for assistance with the My Academy meeting app, to learn about the new AAOS Access content viewing app, and give feedback on the new AAOS web site. Staff can assist with downloads and walk you through these useful programs that put meeting information, AAOS videos, and AAOS eBooks at your fingertips.

ICL handouts
Course handouts for the Instructional Course Lectures (ICLs) are available through the My Academy meeting app. The full set of searchable handouts for all ICLs is available for purchase via flash drive at the Resource Center. Single course handouts can be purchased as PDFs exclusively during the meeting and are emailed to you.
