Sessions on “teach backs” and coaching techniques will also be held. At the conclusion of this course, attendees will be capable of conducting the “Team STEPPS Fundamentals” workshops for multidisciplinary surgical care teams. Attendees will be expected to become champions in their home facilities, as well as being willing to conduct the “Fundamentals” workshops for other facilities.
