Medical Student Program

The AAOS 2024 Annual Meeting Medical Student Program Is Tuesday, February 13

This half-day educational program held during the AAOS Annual Meeting is developed specifically for medical students to build their awareness of and exposure to orthopaedics and AAOS, while strengthening the pipeline of diverse and qualified individuals. The program includes a sawbones module, speed mentoring, and didactic components led by volunteer orthopaedic surgeons. No CME is offered.

How to Participate 

Space is limited at the AAOS 2024 Annual Meeting Medical Student Program and will be offered on a first-come, first-served basis. Any medical student is welcome to attend, though please note that you must be an AAOS Medical Student Member to sign up.

AAOS Annual Meeting Registration

Registration for the AAOS 2024 Annual Meeting is now open!

Medical Students pay a $35 fee to register for the meeting and must be AAOS Medical Student Members. The registration fee includes access to the Medical Student Program (space is limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis).
