You will explore the attributes of an effective teacher, guiding educational principles, and the key aspects of creating a productive learning environment. 

Tuesday, November 9, 9:00 am–5:15 pm, CST

Practical Approaches to Improving How You Teach: After establishing the foundations for effective teaching, these sessions help you put guiding principles into motion.

  • Learn to teach effectively and efficiently in the clinic and in the operating room. Sessions equip you with practical tools that improve your feedback delivery, help to establish expectations with your learners, and engage your students.
  • Discover how to best utilize technology in orthopaedic teaching and best practices for educating virtually!
