How has AAOS supported your career?
AAOS did help me though out my career in USA since 2008. I did use it to earn CMEs and to find the Fellowships during my initial years. After my fellowship years, I have been following OVT, Online courses, and On Demand AAOS courses every year. AAOS annual meeting is a great occasion to meet and greet all my friends and fellowship mentors.
Favorite AAOS Resource?
Most often I use ON demand lectures to brush up on my subject. I play these audios in the car while driving to workplace.
Best Advice You’ve Ever Gotten?
You don’t go wrong if you follow textbook step by step approach while doing surgery and know your limits before you take up any complex cases.
Your Go-To Productivity Trick?
Always go to work with fresh mind and coffee, and no personal drama entertainment.
One Habit You’re Trying to Build?
No one should use cell phone in the operating room.
What Are Your Hobbies?
Hiking / walking, watching movies and spend time with family.

I practice only part time and spend rest of the time in back home country with family/relatives and friends.
