This video discusses the relevant basic science and anatomy associated with Dupuytren disease. Patient evaluation and presentation as well as the surgical treatment options for Dupuytren disease are reviewed. The rationale for the selected surgical treatment option is discussed, and the technique for dermofasciectomy with full-thickness skin grafting is demonstrated in a patient with recurrent Dupuytren disease. The relevant outcomes for patients with recurrent Dupuytren disease who undergo dermofasciectomy are reviewed.
