Open Allograft Reconstruction of the Proximal Humerus Using Custom 3D Printed Cutting Guide
This video submission illustrates the use of a commercially available 3D printed cutting guide for osteochondral allograft reconstruction of the proximal humerus in the setting of recurrent posterior shoulder instability with a large reverse hill sachs lesion of the proximal humerus. The video adds to the body of orthopedic knowledge by demonstrating the intraoperative technique of the commercially available 3D printed cutting guide to ensure near anatomic humeral head osteochondral graft sizing intraoperatively.
