We present a step-by-step surgical technique video on minimally-invasive, ultrasound-guided carpal tunnel release on a cadaver specimen. Indications, outcomes, pearls and pitfalls to the technique are included as well as intra-operative video and image labelling. We review important anatomical landmarks and structures during the procedure. Finally, we review the current literature portraying outcomes of this technique.
