We share our technique for combined arthroscopic modified McLaughlin procedure and pan-labral repair in the setting of multidirectional instability (MDI). We present a 22-year-old male with a history of left shoulder MDI and preoperative images displaying a reverse Hill-Sachs lesion and labral tears. Due to his indications, we elected to treat him with a combined arthroscopic modified McLaughlin procedure and pan-labral repair. The patient tolerated the procedure well and made a full recovery in left shoulder range of motion and strength at 12 months follow-up, with no subjective instability.
