The cadaver labs provide opportunities to learn the surgical techniques, but it is mandatory to know the entire anatomy at 360°. In order for the surgeon to better understand how to perform a safe approach to the shoulder, our video illustrates anterior and posterior sides and points out anatomic landmarks, various surgical intervals, and neurovascular structures and their distances from the fixed bony landmarks.
