This video demonstrates our surgical technique for the management of patellar instability via medial patellofemoral ligament reconstruction and open trochleoplasty in patients with severe trochlear dysplasia and our surgical technique for the management of patellar instability via tibial tuberosity osteotomy in patients with an increased tibial tubercle-trochlear groove distance or patella alta.
