Six Steps to Maximize Glenoid Exposure

This video demonstrates six steps to maximize glenoid exposure. Step one involves adequate release of adhesions in the subacromial and the subdeltoid spaces. Step two involves rotator interval release. Step three involves aggressive inferior capsule release. Step four involves cutting of humeral head anatomy to the level of the rotator cuff. Step five involves posteroinferior capsule release. Step six involves anterior capsule excision off the subscapularis.
