Chondroblastoma is a rare benign lesion affecting the epiphyseal region of long bones. This video reviews the case presentation of a 19-year-old man with worsening mechanical left hip pain who was found to have a lytic lesion in the epiphysis of the left femoral head. A diagnosis of chondroblastoma was made based on the patient's histopathology and existence of the H3F3 p.K36M mutation. This video demonstrates excision of a femoral head chondroblastoma with camera assistance via an intraosseous tunnel created in the proximal femur. This approach avoided surgical hip dislocation and violation of the articular surface while allowing for visualization and thorough excision of the lesion. The patient returned to all activities without pain. This technique is an alternative joint-sparing approach to excising such lesions in young patients.
