Glenohumeral Arthritis With Type D Glenoid: Computer-Assisted Navigation and Reverse Total Shoulder Arthroplasty With Augmented Base Plate

This video details the presentation, treatment, and postoperative radiographs of a 58-year-old woman with a medical history notable for recurrent shoulder instability who presented with left shoulder pain and limited range of motion. The patient's symptoms and radiographs suggested glenohumeral osteoarthritis with reduced glenoid bone stock. Successful surgical management consisted of reverse total shoulder arthroplasty with the use of an augmented base plate performed with a computer-assisted navigation system.
