Clinical Recognition of Extreme Snapping Hip Syndrome
These videos display an extreme case of external snapping hip in a young female. Physical presentation confounded many, so the purpose of these videos are to provide an example of such diagnosis. The subsequent video displays the patient following successful Z-plasty release of the iliotibial band.
