How do you define success?
I define success as the accomplishment or achievement of a desired goal, not only for myself, but for others around me as well.
Who is your biggest inspiration and why?
My biggest inspiration in life is my mother. Although it sounds corny, she has been through the lowest lows and the highest highs, but still keeps our lives balanced at the center. She has been a nurse for over 30 years and inspired me to enter the medical field.
How has the AAOS helped you throughout your career?
AAOS has helped tremendously in my career as a new graduate in this high-speed specialty. It has granted me access to build my career as I have furthered along, especially with the Annual Meeting to network and learn more about innovations in the field. What advice would you give to new members of AAOS?
My biggest advice would be to never stop learning. Continue to use resources given to you so that you can broaden your education.
Tell us a fun fact about yourself that not many people know?
My fun fact is that I am also certified in Botox and filler injections.
