From hands-on learning to live innovation and networking, the Exhibit Hall at the AAOS 2026 Annual Meeting is where education, discovery, and connection come together. Open Tuesday through Thursday, the Exhibit Hall offers attendees the opportunity to explore the latest orthopaedic technologies, engage directly with industry leaders, and experience programming you won’t find anywhere else.
“The Exhibit Hall is where innovation meets opportunity. AAOS values industry as a vital partner in advancing musculoskeletal care. Attendees come eager to explore, get their hands on the latest technologies, and connect with industry leaders in this dynamic marketplace,” said Armando F. Vidal, MD, FAAOS, Annual Meeting exhibits chair.
With more than 600 exhibiting companies, the Exhibit Hall is the world’s largest orthopaedic marketplace, giving you a firsthand look at the products, techniques, and solutions shaping the future of patient care.
What’s new — and what’s back — in 2026
Several popular programs return in 2026 alongside updates designed to make the Exhibit Hall experience even more engaging.
Bioskills Workshops are back in the Exhibit Hall, offering hands-on learning opportunities close to exhibits and other educational programming.
Ask an Expert sessions once again will bring interactive, case-based learning to the Exhibit Hall. These sessions provide a rare opportunity for attendees to engage directly with experienced orthopaedic faculty as they discuss challenging, HIPAA-compliant cases and share practical insights drawn from real-world experience.
The Career Center returns to the Exhibit Hall, providing a convenient setting for attendees at all career stages to explore new opportunities, connect with recruiters, and engage in conversations about the evolving orthopaedic workforce without stepping away from the energy of the exhibit floor. Attendees have a chance to enjoy a social hour Tuesday from 4 to 5 p.m. and can participate in a fun bingo game during the week for a chance to win prizes while exploring resources and meeting employers.
New in 2026, the Golf Simulator Experience brings a dynamic, interactive element to the Exhibit Hall. Powered by TrackMan 4 technology and premium clubs, the simulator creates a natural gathering point where attendees can play interactive games, enjoy friendly competition, network with colleagues, and take a break between sessions without stepping away from the action.
Industry education and innovation on display
Industry Education Sessions are featured throughout the Exhibit Hall, offering focused learning opportunities centered on emerging technologies, research, and real-world clinical applications. Led by industry experts, these sessions provide timely insights into advancements shaping orthopaedic care and complement the broader AAOS education program with practical perspectives attendees can apply in their practice.
The Innovation Theater delivers fast-paced presentations and live demonstrations highlighting new surgical techniques, medical devices, digital health tools, and patient care solutions. Designed to be concise and engaging, these sessions allow you to explore multiple innovations in a short amount of time.
Session schedules and locations for Industry Education Sessions and Innovation Theater presentations can be found in the Annual Meeting mobile app.
Engagement, competition, and community
Interactive experiences return to the Exhibit Hall, including OrthoQuest, a scavenger hunt-style challenge that encourages exploration of the Hall and creates opportunities for networking and prizes.
Networking remains a core focus, with dedicated spaces and events designed to help attendees connect. PeerConnect returns with designated meet-up areas in the Hall, while the mobile app’s AI-powered networking tools help connect attendees with shared interests and subspecialties.
One of the most anticipated moments in the Exhibit Hall, Happy Hour, takes place Wednesday from 3 to 5 p.m. Complimentary beverages, dedicated networking time, and exclusive exhibitor presentations come together to create a lively environment that encourages conversation, connection, and exploration across the exhibit floor.
Dedicated exhibit times are scheduled breaks in AAOS education that provide focused time to explore the Exhibit Hall.
The full schedule is available in the Annual Meeting mobile app. Whether you are looking to explore the latest innovations, engage in hands-on learning, connect with colleagues, or simply experience the energy of the Annual Meeting, the Exhibit Hall is a must-visit destination at AAOS 2026.
