AAOS 2026 delivers a robust lineup of programming designed to support orthopaedic residents at every stage of training, from career exploration to preparation for practice. One of the most anticipated moments of the week is the Resident Bowl, sponsored by Solventum, which returns to the Annual Meeting as a high-energy, trivia-style competition that blends knowledge, teamwork, and school pride.
The Resident Bowl brings together teams from orthopaedic residency programs to compete in a fast-paced format that tests clinical knowledge across a wide range of orthopaedic topics. The atmosphere is lively and interactive, drawing enthusiastic crowds and creating a shared experience that is equal parts competition and camaraderie.
For residents, the event offers a chance to connect with peers from across the country, step into the spotlight, and enjoy a well-earned break from the traditional meeting schedule.
