At AAOS, we value our employees’ time on and off the clock. We offer 4 weeks of vacation time, 14 paid holidays, 10 sick days, 2 floating holidays and flexible work arrangements to help them achieve the work-life balance they need. We also close our offices between Christmas and New Years.

AAOS knows that staying healthy is important. That’s why we offer an on-site gym at our Rosemont office, free weekly fitness classes, a wellness reimbursement program and other offerings from our providers to keep employees feeling great.

We're committed to helping employees grow personally and professionally and support them in exploring other opportunities within AAOS. We offer up to $40,000 in tuition reimbursement and employees are encouraged to complete certifications and participate in workshops, in-house extracurricular projects, conferences, training and other development opportunities.
