April Armstrong, MD, MSc, FAAOS, the James Bobb Professor of Orthopaedics at Penn State Health, has been named the university’s new C. McCollister Evarts Chair and Professor of the Department of Orthopaedics and Rehabilitation at Penn State Health Milton S. Hershey Medical Center and Penn State College of Medicine, effective July 1. Dr. Armstrong has served as interim chair of the department since 2019.
