Important Onsite Locations and Info for the Annual Meeting

  • Exhibits Office: Visit the Exhibits Office located in Moscone South, Level 1, Room 103 or call 415-978-3607 to discuss any onsite questions or issues you may have during the meeting.

  • Exhibitor Registration: Located in Moscone South, Level 1 Lobby. We anticipate long lines on the morning of Tuesday, February 13, so we highly recommend your booth staff pick up their badges prior to then. Review our badge policies before your arrival.

  • Exhibitor Service Center: Two locations in the Moscone South, Exhibit Level, Hall C and Moscone North, Exhibit Level, Hall F. The service center will be staffed with representatives from our official service contractors to assist you with placing onsite orders and/or any booth related questions.

  • Exhibitor Open Forum: The Open Forum will take place on Thursday, February 15 from 8:00 AM - 8:45 AM at the Ask an Expert Theater, Exhibit Hall A, Booth 162. Share your perspective on any aspect of the meeting with Academy leadership, staff, and service contractors.

  • Coat & Luggage Check: Will be available at two locations: Moscone South, Level 1 lobby and Moscone West, Level 1 lobby. The hours of operation are Monday, February 12 - Friday, February 16 from 6:30 AM - 5:30 PM.

  • First Aid Stations: These stations are fully equipped and staffed by licensed medical professionals. They are located in Moscone South, Exhibit Level (near Hall C), Moscone North, Exhibit Level (near Hall F), and Moscone West, Level 1 lobby. View the hours of operation.

  • Wi-Fi: AAOS will provide complimentary basic Wi-Fi throughout the Exhibit Hall. The Wi-Fi network is "AAOSExhibitor", and the password is "aaos2024".

  • AAOS Annual Meeting App: Download the AAOS Annual Meeting App today to simplify your exhibitor experience. It's your all-in-one tool for accessing educational content and your exhibitor listing. Exhibitors can access all meeting content without requiring a login.

  • Badge Colors: The following are the badge color designations for AAOS 2024:

    • Medical Attendees:
      • AAOS Member - Red
      • Non-Member - Gray
    • Family Badge - Goldenrod
    • Industry Non-Exhibitor - Pink
    • Exhibitor - Blue
    • Press - Yellow
  • Education Sessions: Exhibitors are allowed admittance to scientific sessions that do not require a ticket. For ticketed sessions like instructional courses, exhibitors may purchase a ticket on the day of the course at the ticket sales kiosk located in the Moscone South, Level 1 lobby and Moscone West, Level 1 lobby.

  • Attendee Badge Beacons: In an effort to better understand how participants interact with our events and services during the meeting, AAOS will be utilizing beacon technology. Each medical attendee will be assigned a secure and encrypted beacon at registration with a unique identifier that will capture traffic flow throughout the Moscone Convention Center. AAOS kindly requests that exhibitors, if needed, allow small receivers to be strategically placed within your booth. These receivers will be out of sight and allow us to gain better insight on attendees habits in the hall.
