Exhibitor Housing

AAOS has contracted over 10,000 sleeping rooms in Las Vegas for AAOS 2027. Sleeping rooms for exhibitors must be obtained through AAOS’ housing bureau, onPeak.

Exhibitors or their agents may not negotiate blocks of rooms directly with hotels in the Las Vegas area. Securing sleeping rooms in the official AAOS exhibitor room block managed by onPeak will earn an exhibitor two priority points.

    Exhibitor Housing Open to 2026 Confirmed Exhibitors on-site in New Orleans

  • Apr. 1, 2026

    Exhibitor Housing available to 2027 Exhibitors

  • July 30, 2026

    2027 Booth Application Deadline

  • July 31, 2026

    Exhibitors who have not submitted a 2027 Booth Application will be notified by onPeak that their hotel reservations are at risk of cancellation.

  • Starting
    Aug. 21, 2026

    Requests for additional rooms will be assigned based on availability

  • Jan. 8, 2027

    Last date to enter names to reservations within an exhibitor’s block

  • Jan. 8, 2027
    5:01 PM CST

    Room night deposits are non-refundable

  • Jan. 9, 2027

    Reservations without names are dropped from an exhibitor’s block

  • Jan. 12, 2027

    The two-night deposit will start being charged by the hotels

  • Feb. 9, 2027

    Last day to make reservation changes through onPeak

  • After
    Feb. 15, 2027

    Contact hotels directly to make reservation changes
