How to Register

AAOS 2024 Annual Meeting registration is open now.

For Members & Returning Non-Members
If you are an AAOS member or if you have previously participated in the AAOS Annual Meeting, register online by clicking on the Member/Returning Attendees registration button and using your account log in information. Member savings will automatically be updated in your cart when you checkout. Please note that returning non-member Medical Students have special instructions this year that are outlined below.

For Non-Member First-Time Attendees
If you are not an AAOS member and you have not previously registered for the AAOS Annual Meeting, approval is required. Please note there are separate instructions for Medical Students that are outlined below. Medical Students who wish to register for the meeting must be AAOS Members (it's free!). AAOS Annual Meeting Terms Explained

Before you know it, you’ll be an AAOS Annual Meeting insider. In the meantime, here is a quick overview of some of the acronyms and titles you can expect to hear and what they all mean.

Gold Registration
The Gold Registration Package adds the AAOS Annual Meeting OnDemand product to your meeting registration and provides you access to an online library with hundreds of hours of educational content from instructional courses, symposia, and papers. ICLs

Your Academy
Your Academy is an annual ceremony that takes place during the AAOS Annual Meeting. AAOS leaders speak about their visions for the future of AAOS and a Presidential Guest Speaker delivers a keynote address.

Annual Meeting Attire

When planning for your trip to the AAOS Annual Meeting, note that most attendees wear business professional attire. Comfortable shoes are recommended so you can cover as much ground as possible attending education sessions and visiting exhibits!

The AAOS Annual Meeting is a private meeting. The AAOS reserves the right to control meeting space and may, at its sole discretion, remove persons from the meeting who are not registered, who do not meet attendance requirements or who cause disruptions.
