Industry Non-Exhibitor Attendee Registration

The AAOS Annual Meeting is a private meeting for medical professionals. However, as a professional courtesy, after review and if approved, AAOS does allow a maximum of two representatives from a non-exhibiting commercial company to attend the meeting under the registration category of Industry Non-Exhibitor. Approval is not guaranteed and is at the discretion of the AAOS Exhibits Committee.

Qualifying individuals for the Industry Non-Exhibitor category include:

  • Equipment Distributor/Manufacturer (this qualification requires a letter of invitation from an exhibiting company)
  • Financial Analyst
  • Health Care Consultant
  • Investment Broker/Banker
  • Potential Exhibitor (one-time registration only, after doing this, the company must exhibit to attend future Annual Meetings)

Registration provides access to the industry exhibits. Industry Non-Exhibitors are NOT allowed to attend AAOS educational programming.

Only exhibiting companies are permitted to promote their products, services, or company at the Annual Meeting. Solicitation of business by non-exhibitors is strictly prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to, handing out flyers, approaching exhibitor booths or attendees to sell products, and leaving and/or distributing literature in public spaces and show floor aisles. Industry Non-Exhibitors who violate this policy will be required to leave the Annual Meeting and forfeit their badge.

Companies that have reserved exhibit space, have exhibited at past meetings, or registered for an exhibit and cancelled their exhibit space are not permitted to register their employees as Industry Non-Exhibitors.

The registration schedule/fees are as follows:

Online February 15-March 13:  $1,800 per person
(online registration closes on March 13 and will not be available from March 14 - 23)

On-site only, March 24-27: $2,700 per person
