Admission to the exhibit hall is by badge only. Badges will include a bar code that is programmed with the attendee’s name and address. E-mail addresses are only included if you have opted-in at registration. Attendees can present their badge to exhibitors to request information about their products and services to be sent to them post-meeting.

Individuals under the age of 16 are not permitted in the exhibit hall.

Learning Opportunities

Take advantage of several free opportunities to expand your knowledge base, all located within the exhibit hall! These sessions are not valid for CME accreditation.

AAOS is offering free, guided tours of the exhibit hall for medical attendees. These tours will give insight into the newest developments in orthopaedic devices. Each tour will focus on a specific orthopaedic specialty area. Tours will be held Wednesday and Thursday, March 13 and 14, from 8:00 - 9:00 AM. Attendees must register at the link below to attend tours.

Here’s an interactive opportunity for you to present a perplexing case to an expert in orthopaedics. We invite you to bring your case challenges and present them for diagnosis and recommendation. Audience participation will be encouraged to complement the exchange of ideas.

Technology Theater Session Schedule

The Academy has provided exhibitors with space at the Venetian/Sands Expo in Hall G (level 1) to conduct non-CME Bioskills Sessions during the AAOS 2019 Annual Meeting. Advance registration for these sessions is handled solely by the exhibitors that have secured Bioskills Sessions space. The Academy is not responsible for the content, faculty, or registration or attendees for these exhibitor Bioskills Sessions events and does not accredit these events for CME.

Sessions are held 7:00-8:30 am (Wed-Fri); 12:30-2:30 pm (Wed-Fri); and 5:00-8:00pm (Wed-Thurs)

Bioskills Session Schedule


Industry "Lunch & Learn" Sessions provide an opportunity for exhibitors to showcase products, demonstrate techniques, or present research in a classroom setting. These sessions will be held in the Ask an Expert (booth 4300) and Technology Theater (booth 771) pavilions and in meeting rooms 3101 and 3103 on the 3rd floor. Sessions will take place each day from 12:40 - 1:25 PM. Boxed lunches will be served while supplies last.
