Online exhibitor badge registration is open and allows exhibiting companies to:
- Add names within their company’s allotment. Exhibitor badges are complimentary if registered by August 30.
- Make complimentary name changes/badge exchanges for badges previously submitted.
- Review and print a list of registrants and badges picked up.
New for 2021: Exhibitors may register a maximum of four representatives for each 100 square feet of exhibit booth space. There will be no additional badges provided or sold over this allotment.
Exhibitors may select from three methods of badge distribution:
- By mail - U.S. addresses only
- On-site pickup by designated contact who then distributes badges to their staff.
- On-site express badge pickup by individual booth personnel by scanning their bar code.
NOTE: Children under the age of 16 are not allowed in the exhibit hall.
Health and Safety Entry Requirements
Exhibitors from the United States must provide proof of vaccination or a negative COVID-19 test result within 72 hours of the first day of arrival at the Annual Meeting to attend. International exhibitors will only be allowed if fully vaccinated.

Other Industry Registration Categories
Industry Non-Exhibitor: Available on a limited basis to representatives of companies who are not exhibiting. Qualifications apply and approval is needed. Details are available here.
Exhibitor Research & Development Personnel: Limited to personnel employed by an exhibiting company who are attending for educational purposes only and not working in the booth nor engaging in other business activities. AAOS approval is required. Registration is open and available here. Registration rates are as follows:
Apr. 21 - June 4: $1,265 per person
June 5 - July 23: $1,465 per person
July 24 - Sep. 3: $1,565 per person
Exhibitor-Designated Contractors (EDC): Requests must be submitted for approval of an exhibitor's Exhibitor-Designated Contractors to work on installation, dismantling, and/or supervision of their exhibit booth. NEW for 2021: These requests can be submitted through the Exhibitor Badge Registration site.

Aug. 5: Badges mailed to the designated contact (if requested/registered by July 23)
Aug. 24: Barcodes will be sent to each email address provided (if Express Badge Pick-up is selected)
Aug. 29: On-site badge registration opens at 1:00 PM
Aug. 31: New badge registrations cost $50 each (within allotment)
