The AAOS 2027 Annual Meeting brings the orthopaedic community together for expert education, hands-on learning, networking, and the latest innovations. Based on your feedback, AAOS made four meaningful changes to deliver more value.
New Meeting Days: AAOS 2027 will take place March 3–6, 2027 (Wednesday to Saturday) at the Venetian Convention & Expo Center in Las Vegas, Nevada.

You asked for fewer add-ons and more education included. This change delivers immediate value and easier access to the sessions you rely on.
Shorter Sessions and Smarter Scheduling
One-hour, streamlined ICLs eliminates overlap and makes it easier to attend the education you want most. The result? More chances to learn, a smoother schedule, and dedicated Exhibit Hall time.
A More Focused Annual Meeting
Most attendees told us three to four days is the sweet spot. We’ve streamlined the meeting, so you get more impact in less time.
A Practice-Friendly Wednesday Start
This schedule better reflects clinical and travel demands while preserving opportunities for education and networking. It also minimizes time away from the OR or clinic before traveling to Las Vegas.
