“Dr. Sprague is exceptionally knowledgeable, patient, willing to each, and charismatic as a person and surgeon. He is skilled both with patient care and in the operating room. Dr. Sprague is motivating and inspires others to perform their best each day. He encouraged and supported my growth as a nurse practitioner student. Ultimately, I had the honor and privilege of working with him upon graduation with my DNP degree. He advocated for and encouraged my additional RNFA training to assist in the operating room. Thank you for all you do Dr. Sprague. Your mentorship and teachings have changed my career!” -Heather Lovelace, DNP, MS, FNP-BC, RNFA, RN
