How has the AAOS helped you throughout your career?
Essentially being available for questions that may arise during my practice. The AAOS office is so approachable and helpful.

As an Active Fellow Member, which AAOS resources do you use most and why?
Meetings and published mail that is relevant to my practice. This allows me to receive current standard of care information.

What’s the best advice you were ever given? Who was it from?
A recent quote that I came across by Marcus Aurelius. It stated, "If you are distressed by anything external, the pain is not due to the thing itself, but to your estimate of it."

What’s your go-to productivity trick?
So often in life we have no control of our endeavors. Prayer is my go-to-productivity resource.

What’s one thing you’re currently trying to make a habit?
Worry less about things that I cannot control. Easier said than done.

What hobbies do you enjoy in your spare time?
Family and sports.

Tell us a fun fact about yourself that not many people know?
My former group was the team doctors for the Chicago White Sox and I had the opportunity to meet some great athletes during our tenure.
