How has the AAOS helped you throughout your career?
AAOS has been a great source of orthopaedic knowledge update and common platform to exchange experience and knowledge with international colleagues.

As an Associate Orthopaedic Member, which AAOS resources do you use most and why?
I always use resources for medical knowledge, updates, and OVT.

 

What’s the best advice you were ever given? Who was it from?
Pay attention to details and be yourself. If you try to excel and do your great job, people will wait for you. This advice came from my fellowship director.

 

What’s your go-to productivity trick?
Keep yourself updated and do procedures (like ultrasound guided injection) to add more RVUs.

What’s one thing you’re currently trying to make a habit?
Keep up to date with medical records.

What hobbies do you enjoy in your spare time?
Gardening and spending time with kids.

Tell us a fun fact about yourself that not many people know?
I enjoy and still dream to be a theater actor.
