How has the AAOS helped you throughout your career?
AAOS has been the foremost reliable resource for Orthopaedic research, education, and networking.

As an Associate Orthopedic Member, which AAOS resources do you use most and why?
The Annual Meeting is always an excellent value, and I try to attend whenever possible. Educational opportunities through online webinars as well as in person courses are of great quality. I have found that participation in volunteer opportunities and on committees as an Associate member has proved to be very fulfilling. I also eagerly await review articles in the yellow journal.

What’s the best advice you were ever given? Who was it from?
Two pieces of advice that stick with me! Franklin Sim would always say “The Art of Medicine is very important when it comes to patient care!” And John Lonstein would say “Never say never, and never say always.”

What’s your go-to productivity trick?
I am an early riser and can get a head start on my work most days before the day even begins.

What’s one thing you’re currently trying to make a habit?
Regular exercise and finding time for my family is very important since you can never be truly successful unless everything in your life is in balance.

What hobbies do you enjoy in your spare time?
Tennis and travelling.

Tell us a fun fact about yourself that not many people know?
Three successive generations of my family have graduated from the same famous medical school in Mumbai, India.
