As a Candidate Member, which AAOS resources do you use most and why?
JAAOS (Yellow Journal) to stay tuned on the latest peer-reviewed review articles in orthopedic surgery.

What’s the best advice you were ever given?
"Focus on relationships-- surgeons treat patients, not conditions"

What’s your go-to productivity trick?

What’s one thing you’re currently trying to make a habit?
Exercising every single day of the week for 30-45 minutes in the morning and spending 15 minutes nightly reflecting on the day.

What hobbies do you enjoy in your spare time?
Travel, podcasts, exploring emerging technologies, mentorship.

Tell us a fun fact about yourself that not many people know?
I played the alto saxophone!
